Return and Refund Policy — Keerai Karan

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh keerai and herbal products, we are unable to accept returns once delivered.

Refund Eligibility: We will offer a full refund or replacement if:

  • Products delivered are damaged or spoiled
  • Wrong products were delivered
  • Products were not delivered at all

How to Claim: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp: +971-522406506 Send a photo of the damaged/wrong product for verification.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 2-3 business days.
